As we all do our best to navigate life in this unprecendented time, self-care has become even more necessary to stay balanced and grounded. Dawn is now offering in-office Reiki sessions with additional safety precautions in place.  Distance sessions are available via Zoom for visual check-in and consultation, followed by distance Reiki. Sessions include a closing check in, with time for questions and sharing, and Dawn may leave you with some suggestions for staying balanced.  Distance Reiki can also be arranged without Zoom, and you will receive Reiki at a designated time.  

A Reiki session can bring deep relaxation, stress relief and pain reduction or elimination.  Reiki can enhance health and well-being by bringing balance, improved immunity and energy, and allowing better sleep. With balance, your body can better heal itself, and as healing goes to a deeper level, Reiki can help heal emotional trauma, enhance empowerment and bring about transformation in many, many ways.
